I found her comments refreshing .... especially about 'Menopause' ... I used to say "Uh Oh ... my Inner Child is playing with matches again" ... hot flashes were so irritating.
Most of all I like the comment about the drying up aspect ... (which for me is very frustrating) thus the new perspective of 'refining down to your Essence' is a phrase that I will pass on.
With these 'Podcasts ... which I am gulping down ... I wish I lived in England and not the Wild West of America.
I don't know how to post a 'Like'? Good Goddess ... technology is indeed daunting however ... I will NOT be deterred!
