I have listened to this podcast 3 times ... and must repeat due to the plethora of information and knowledge ... inspirational ideas and most of all because I resonate with what is being said!

Stella is talking about 'The In-Between' whereas I call it 'The Liminal' ... she speaks of the many aspects of 'Self' ... I call them faces of Self and when I was a make-up artist women were shocked, some cried ... to see a different kind of Self they had become ... in America the Make-up Mask made them more appealing to our consensus and thus acceptable and perhaps more beautiful. However, many tribes also decorate themselves with markings of which they call Beauty. It is a Ritual of sorts.
I was thrilled to have my menstruation stopped ... I even had my tubes cut so that I would NEVER become pregnant. I celebrate never having had children. That provided an opportunity for me to focus on discovering who I was ... it did not leech my attention from my intention to grow, learn and expand Spiritually.
My 'cycles' are with the Moon (which I think of as a Feminine Energy whereas the Sun is Masculine) and I love 'Luna' or Moon Glow.
There is more to say about this phenomenal Podcast ... however I will end with the fact that I am Gobsmacked by this phenomenal woman!
